Booking Procedure:
- Provisional bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be held for 72 hours
- Provisional bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be held for 12 hours only
- We reserve the right to release provisional bookings within these timeframes unless otherwise agreed without notification
- Confirmation and amendments of bookings must be made in writing
Payment
A 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to confirm a reservation. Provisional reservations will only be held for 72 hours without a deposit. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
- If a booking is canceled after confirmation, the deposit will be forfeited.
- In addition, the following fees will be levied:
- Four weeks prior to arrival – 75% of full amount.
- Two weeks prior to arrival – 100% of full amount.
Children 12 years & under
- Homestead rooms 50% per person sharing rate.
- Kids under 3yrs stay for free.
- Surcharge applicable for extra mattresses for children.

Check-In/Out
Check in: 2pm – 6pm (outside these hours please contact directly to make arrangments)
Check out: by 10am
Please notify us in advance of your expected arrival time.
Activities
- Guided activities are not included in the room rate
- Mountain bikes and fishing equipment are available for hire subject to availability
- All of our guests are free to bring their own hiking, mountain biking and fishing equipment to use on the reserve, provided the reserve rules are upheld
Meals
All meals are by prior arrangement only. (Homestead guests Breakfast & Dinner is included in the room rate.)
Extras
All extras, meals, and activities can be settled at Reception on departure unless booked and paid in advance.

Indemnity Notice
Upon entering the Property visitors acknowledge the following conditions:
Visitors/Guests enter the establishment at their own risk. This is a wild nature reserve, and as such visitors/guests understand and appreciate fully that they could be subject to the natural elements and that there is a risk of dangerous animals. Tomjachu Bush Retreat, its company directors and employees shall not be liable for, and the guests/visitors hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for, theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against Tomjachu, whether arising from default, negligence or otherwise. Visitors/guests hereby indemnify Tomjachu against any claims which may arise from whatever nature. Tomjachu accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles due to road conditions, natural elements or wild animals.
